About The Little Scouts

What is Little Scouts?

The idea of Little Scouts started in June 2014 when some San Francisco Littles showed an interest in a more organized age play group. It's a group set up like traditional scout troops, complete with day trips, volunteering, sashes, and earning badges. This is an all-inclusive group, with roles for Littles, Bigs, and everyone in between. Most of all, Little Scouts is about building a strong community of age players, and helping to connect us with the greater leather community. The aim of Little Scouts is to strengthen the entire leather community through volunteering, education, and fun!

How does Little Scouts work?

Each troop operates independently, so rules are different depending on what troop you become involved with. However, there are some similarities across the board. Each scout gets a sash to wear, and badges are earned by attending events, volunteering, or learning a new skill. Badges and events vary depending on location. The main focus of the Little Scouts is to spread awareness about age play/ABDLs and create a community for age players of all kinds. We ask that each troop flag our colors of mint and hunter as part of the bigger Little Scouts community, but you are of course able to flag your own colors as well. We want each troop to be unique and true to their mission.

How can I join?

It depends on the rules of the troop in your area, but all troops are inclusive. The best idea is to contact the troop leader in your area or go to an event to learn more!

What should I wear to an event?

Many events are often in pubic or semi-public settings, so please dress in street-appropriate clothing. There are some events held at private residences, dungeons, or kink-positive locations that have more open dress codes. Ask the person running the event if you have any questions about appropriate attire.
